Shipments generally go out on Monday and will not ship later than Wednesday. This is to prevent live animals getting left too long on the truck or in the warehouse facility where the temperatures may fluctuate.
Live Arrival Guarantee is only offered on shipments sent via express when temperatures are between 50 and 90 degrees F and someone is present to receive the package. Packages left outside or in the mailbox do not receive the guarantee.
If any insects arrive DOA while under the guarantee, I will replace the individual for free or offer a refund.
Shipments not containing live insects may be sent any rate and will also ship out on Mon-Wed.
